The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a cozy area, near to the lake and the surrounding and the lake/mountains. Booked a room with BEAUTIFUL views of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom here was spotless.

The atmosphere created was friendly. Our room had a comfortable bed, it was nicely decorated...

The friendly staff were attentive, and the location was conveniently close to everything, only about a 15-minute walk from the beach.

We could easily walk everywhere around here, super close to all the cool stuff. the room was in great shape and a good size with a comfy queen bed, a fridge, and brand new bathrooms. Plus, they had awesome amenities that made our stay even better! 🌟

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a beautiful view. the decor here was newly remodeled. - the location for Laconia was comfy, very close to Weir's Beach and the Cumberland convenience store, boardwalk, the Fun Spot, and restaurants.

We had a fantastic time at Grand View. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and inviting, and we enjoyed the convenient location near the beach and Bank of NH Pavilion. a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

The lake view and location in perfect. Wide wrap-around porch to observe lake activities afar. Close to Mt Washington cruise and railway. Modern open/large room, comfortable beds, clean. Easy access off main road. Short walk to Kellerhouse Ice Cream and other attractions. Hospitality of owners. Large pool and spacious landscape. Enjoyed fire pit facing lake.
